Code Factory Customer Service

 Code Factory provides 4 types of technical support, you can:

  1. Listen to audio demos, reviews and podcasts of our products.
  2. Subscribe to our product mailing lists where users can ask questions and get answers from other users of Code Factory's products.
  3. Refer to the updated user guides of our products.
  4. Contact our support team by submitting a ticket to the Code Factory's Help Desk.

At Code Factory we don't provide phone technical support to our end-users, however you can always contact your distributor if you wish to be attended by phone. Code Factory's distributors providing best technical support are tagged as Premium Partners. To check out the full list of distributors, click here.

Note also that if you contact our customer service team through our Help Desk, they will reply to your questions as soon as possible, however it may take up to two business days for us to respond to support requests.  Note also that Code Factory is not providing technical support over the week-ends.
