Licensing Overview

  • Mobile Accessibility uses Google Play licensing platform: As long as you maintain your Gmail account the product is yours and will work in any supported Android phone. Licenses sold through the Android Market are tied to your Gmail account. Note: Licenses sold through dealers are tied to your SIM card.
  • Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier use Code Factory cross-platform licensing: As loong as you keep the same phone number, you can freely transfer your license from a Symbian phone to a Windows Mobile device and viceversa.
  • Mobile DAISY Player, Color Recognizer, and the Games use Symbian cross-device licensing: As loong as you keep the same phone number, you can freely transfer your license from a Symbian phone to another supported Symbian phone.
  • Mobile Geo uses Windows Mobile cross-device licensing: As loong as you keep the same phone number, you can freely transfer your license from a Windows Moible device to another supported Windows Moible device.
  • Oratio for BlackBerry: It is a dedicated software license that can only be activated for and through a specific BlackBerry device product number. Upgrading to a new supported device will require the purchase of a new license.
  • TV Speak: It is a dedicated software license that can only be activated for and through a specific PC device product number. Upgrading to a new PC will require the purchase of a new license.
